Everything in that platform, for your whole club. There are no boat caps, no staff-seat limits and no feature gates: one price unlocks the full product whether you run ten boats or two hundred. The only paid extras are the optional add-ons (AI beyond fair use, extra video storage, SMS, white-label, priority support, extra sites).

Yes. Every paid app comes with a 30-day free trial, and every bundle does too. You add a card at sign-up and it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. The Academy needs no trial: it is free for everyone, always.

Annual is ten months for twelve: you pay for ten months up front and get two free. For example, Fix is £29/mo monthly or £290/yr (about £24.17/mo) on annual, billed as a single invoice.

A bundle is a fixed price for the apps a kind of club needs, cheaper than buying them separately. For example the Sailing Club bundle is £99/mo for Maintenance, Performance, Book, Roster and Harbour (about £136/mo bought separately), and All-Access puts every app on one bill for £149/mo. The Academy is always included free, and one invoice covers the whole club.

Yes. One free learner account covers both students and instructors. Sign up once and access every guide, quiz, teaching dashboard and student portal; your role is set on your profile. No paywall and no feature gates. Multiplayer trivia and elimination games need no login at all to play: hosting does, and points are added to your account if you are signed in.

For a single club, the flat plans cover any size. For federations, trusts or operators running several sites, we offer a custom Organisation quote, and we discount for registered charities and not-for-profit training trusts. Contact us with a few details and we will send a quote.
