We currently use a WhatsApp group and a spreadsheet. Why switch?

How do the QR codes work?
Each boat gets a unique QR code you can stick to the hull or transom. When someone spots a problem, they scan the code with their phone, fill in a short form, and the fault is logged instantly. No app download required. It just opens in the browser.
Our volunteers aren't very tech-savvy. Will they actually use it?
FleetFixer is designed for busy club environments, not IT departments. Reporting a fault takes under a minute. The admin side is straightforward too: most clubs are fully set up within a single evening.
How many people can use it at our club?
There's no limit on users. Instructors, bosuns, committee members, and even cadets can report faults. You control who gets admin access and who can only submit reports.
Does it handle parts and spares, or just fault reporting?
