Co-Founder (Commercial & Growth)

FleetFixer is building the operating system for sailing clubs, training centres, marinas, and marine organisations. The technical foundation is already being developed. We are now looking for a commercial co-founder to help bring the platform to market.

The opportunity

This is not a traditional employment role. We are looking for a long-term co-founder who wants to help build and grow a software company from the ground up.

You will lead the commercial side of the business while the technical development is led by the founder.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the sales strategy
Identify and engage sailing clubs, marinas, and training centres
Book and conduct product demonstrations
Build relationships with decision-makers across the sailing industry
Develop partnerships with governing bodies and industry organisations
Help shape pricing and commercial strategy
Assist with fundraising and investor discussions where appropriate
Contribute to company direction and long-term strategy

Ideal background

Experience in one or more of the following:

Sailing clubs or marine organisations
SaaS software sales
B2B software business development
Marketing and growth strategy
Account management
Startup leadership

You do not need experience in all areas. More important is the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and drive growth.

Compensation

Compensation will be equity-based and structured around long-term contribution and vesting milestones.

Location

Remote, with opportunities to attend sailing events, regattas, and industry exhibitions.
