FleetFixer is product-led and deliberately lean. The codebase is intentionally simple, so the work you do reaches real sailing clubs within days, not quarters. You will own features end to end and help decide what we build next.

Most of the clubs we serve are run by volunteers who would rather be on the water than buried in spreadsheets. Everything we make is in service of giving them that time back.

Frontend Developer

Build a fast, intuitive interface clubs actually enjoy using. You will work on the core web app in vanilla JavaScript on Firebase, improving existing flows and shipping new ones with the founding team.
