Content and Documentation
Create clear, helpful documentation, guides, and marketing content that helps sailing clubs understand and get the most from FleetFixer.
About the role
FleetFixer is used by club administrators, coaches, and volunteers, most of whom are not software people. The quality of our written material has a direct impact on how quickly clubs adopt the platform and how confident they feel using it.
You will own the documentation site, produce onboarding guides, and contribute to marketing content such as blog posts, help centre articles, and feature announcements.
What you will be working on
- Writing and maintaining the FleetFixer documentation for clubs, coaches, and admins
- Producing step-by-step onboarding guides, including screenshots and short video walkthroughs
- Drafting blog posts and announcements for new features and releases
- Refining in-app copy so the product feels clear and approachable
What we are looking for
- Excellent technical writing skills with a talent for making complex things simple
- Familiarity with SaaS products and writing for non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of sailing, dinghy clubs, or watersport organisations
- Ability to produce screenshots, short videos, or visual guides is a plus
The details
- Location: Fully remote
- Engagement: Contract, project-based
- Start: As soon as the right person is found
