About FleetFixer

FleetFixer brings maintenance, coaching, racing, course bookings and learning together for sailing clubs and marine organisations. We help the people running clubs spend less time on admin and more time getting people on the water.

The opportunity

You will own how FleetFixer reaches and speaks to the sailing community. This is a hands-on role combining strategy with writing, campaign delivery and measurement, working directly with the founder to grow awareness and demand.

What you will do

• Define positioning and messaging around the real needs of sailing clubs and marine organisations.
• Build and deliver a focused marketing plan across content, email, social and relevant industry channels.
• Write clear website copy, product stories, newsletters and campaign materials.
• Develop customer case studies and useful content with clubs and the customer success team.
• Plan launches and campaigns that generate qualified enquiries and product trials.
• Explore partnerships and event opportunities that put FleetFixer in front of the right audience.
• Track campaign performance and conversion, test new approaches and prioritise what works.

What you will bring

• Experience leading and delivering marketing for a B2B, SaaS or similarly focused product.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to explain a product in clear, useful language.
• A track record of running campaigns and using results to improve them.
• Confidence with content, email, social channels and website analytics.
• Comfort setting priorities and doing the practical work in a small team.
• Interest in sailing or the marine industry; an existing understanding of clubs is welcome.

Work remotely with a small team and a direct line to the founder. You will have ownership of your work and see its impact on real clubs.
