Sales and Partnerships
Help FleetFixer grow by building relationships with sailing clubs, training centres, and national governing bodies. You will be the first point of contact for clubs exploring the platform.
About the role
Clubs discover FleetFixer through word of mouth, industry events, and direct outreach. Your job is to turn that interest into lasting relationships, guiding clubs from a first demo through to a confident rollout across their fleet and membership.
You will work closely with the founder to shape the sales process, feed product insights back from clubs, and help decide which partnerships and events are worth our time.
What you will be working on
- Running demos and discovery calls with sailing clubs and training centres
- Reaching out to clubs, class associations, and governing bodies to build the FleetFixer network
- Supporting clubs through onboarding so they see value quickly
- Attending dinghy shows, regattas, and club events where it makes sense
- Feeding real-world feedback from clubs back into the product roadmap
What we are looking for
- Experience building relationships in sports, sailing, or membership organisations
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, consultative approach
- Comfortable with outreach, demos, and onboarding conversations
- Knowledge of the sailing club landscape in the UK or internationally is a bonus

- Location: Fully remote, with occasional travel to club events
- Hours: Part-time, flexible
- Start: As soon as the right person is found
