Our commitment to ethical, slavery-free operations and supply chains.
Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires businesses that supply goods or services and have an annual turnover of at least 36 million pounds to publish an annual slavery and human trafficking statement.
FleetFixer Ltd does not currently meet that turnover threshold, so the statutory reporting duty does not apply to us. We publish this statement voluntarily because we believe the standards behind the Act matter regardless of our size.
This is a voluntary statement. It does not constitute a statement made under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
We are wholly opposed to modern slavery and human trafficking in all their forms, including forced labour, child labour, bonded labour, and the exploitation of vulnerable people. We will not knowingly support or do business with any organisation involved in such practices.
We expect everyone who works for us or with us, including the suppliers we rely on, to share this commitment and to act with honesty and integrity.
FleetFixer Ltd is a software business. We do not manufacture physical goods, and we do not operate in sectors that carry a high inherent risk of modern slavery. Our supply chain is short and consists mainly of established cloud and software vendors that publish their own ethical and labour standards.

Given the nature of these suppliers and the markets they operate in, we assess the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain as low. We will keep this assessment under review as our supplier base grows.
We pay everyone who works for us fairly and on time, and we provide safe, lawful, and respectful working conditions. Our working arrangements comply with applicable employment law in England and Wales.

As FleetFixer Ltd grows, we will keep our practices under review. If our turnover reaches the threshold set out in section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we will prepare and publish a formal statement that meets the requirements of the Act, including the steps we take to identify and address modern slavery risks.
We expect to review this statement at least once a year and to update it as our business and supply chain change.
