FleetFixer Ltd is the data controller for the personal data we decide the purposes of: our own account holders, marketing contacts, and visitors to our websites. For the member, athlete, and operational data that a club or business loads into the platform, we act as a processor on that organisation's behalf under our data processing agreement.
Our registration with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is in progress. Once issued, our ICO registration number will be shown here and in our privacy policy. You can read how we handle data in the privacy policy and how we keep it secure in the security statement.
FleetFixer Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so the prices we quote do not include VAT and no VAT is added to invoices. If we register for VAT in future we will show our VAT number here and apply VAT to invoices at the rate then in force.
