The open-source components and third-party services FleetFixer builds on.
The FleetFixer platforms (Maintenance, Learn, and Race) are built with open-source and third-party components. Each component is provided under its own licence, and we use it in line with that licence. This page lists the main components we rely on and explains how to ask us for more detail. We are grateful to the authors and communities who maintain this work.
The table below lists representative components included in the FleetFixer platforms, together with the licence each is provided under.
| Component | Used for | Licence |
|---|---|---|
| Firebase JavaScript SDK | App backend, authentication, and data | Apache License 2.0 |
| Font Awesome icons | Interface icons | Font Awesome Free licence |
| Inter typeface | Site and app typography | SIL Open Font License |
| AOS animation library | Scroll animations | MIT License |
This list is representative rather than exhaustive, and it can grow as we add or replace components over time.
The Race app can connect to wearable devices through the self-hosted Open Wearables project. This component acts as a bridge between wearable vendors (such as Garmin, Polar, and Suunto) and the Race app, so that activity data from a supported device can flow into your sessions. We run this bridge on our own infrastructure rather than relying on a third-party host.
If you need the full attribution detail for a component, or you would like the corresponding source code for a copyleft component we distribute, contact us at hello@fleetfixer.io and we will help. Where a licence requires us to provide source or notices, we will do so in line with that licence.
Ask us for attribution detail or source for any component.
