These terms govern your use of FleetFixer ("the Service"), operated by FleetFixer ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use FleetFixer only for its intended purpose: managing fleet inventory, maintenance, and related operations. You must not:
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into FleetFixer, including boat records, maintenance logs, fault reports, and uploaded files. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We aim to keep FleetFixer available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.
FleetFixer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.
Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow recovery. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
