Help us build a fast, intuitive interface that sailing clubs actually enjoy using. You will work on the core web app, improving existing features and shipping new ones alongside the founding team.

• Strong JavaScript skills (vanilla JS, no framework required)
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions)
• A solid eye for responsive, accessible design
• Comfortable working independently and shipping iteratively

Help FleetFixer grow by building relationships with sailing clubs, training centres, and national governing bodies. You will be the first point of contact for clubs exploring the platform.

• Experience building relationships in sports, sailing, or membership organisations
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, consultative approach
• Comfortable with outreach, demos, and onboarding conversations
• Knowledge of the sailing club landscape in the UK or internationally is a bonus

Create clear, helpful documentation, guides, and marketing content that helps sailing clubs understand and get the most from FleetFixer.

• Excellent technical writing skills with a talent for making complex things simple
• Familiarity with SaaS products and writing for non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of sailing, dinghy clubs, or watersport organisations
• Ability to produce screenshots, short videos, or visual guides is a plus

Be the go-to person for our club customers. You will onboard new clubs, provide ongoing support, gather feedback, and make sure every club gets lasting value from FleetFixer.

• Experience in customer success, account management, or support roles
• Empathetic communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
• Comfortable with video calls, email support, and written guides
• Interest in sailing or experience working with clubs and membership bodies
